I can’t find my Avis preferred number?

If you can't locate your Avis Preferred number, there is no need to panic. The number is found in the Avis Preferred section when you log in to your account on the Avis website. It's usually at the top of the page, right after your name. If the number is not there or if you're having trouble logging in to your account, there might be a technical issue or you might have misplaced your membership details. In such a case we recommend going through your emails for any correspondence from Avis as the number is often included in our messages.

When will i get my deposit back

After you return your rental car, Avis typically releases the held funds immediately. However, this process is dependent on your bank's policy and it can take up to 14 days, sometimes longer, for the funds to be reflected in your account. If you used a debit card, this may take a bit longer. Please note that Avis will not be responsible for any returned check or overdraft fees based on this policy.
