Upgraded to family plan but family can’t play music

Apologies for the inconvenience. If your family members are having trouble playing music on Tidal, ensure they've been properly added to your Family plan. Each member needs their own Tidal account and you must invite them via email through your Tidal account settings. They need to accept the invitation to join the Family Plan through their own account. If you have completed these steps and the issue persists, make sure each user is logged into their respective Tidal accounts, not the main account.
