An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Nespresso phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Nespresso staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.

The least busy time to call

The least busy day to call Nespresso is Friday. The most busy day to call is Tuesday. Again, this is based on a sample of 414 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

The best time to call

Calling this Nespresso Customer Number

I'm looking at buying a nice espresso machine for the office to share, but before I do that I have a few questions. While I do enjoy gourmet coffee, brewing fine coffee is not my strength. Therefore, I wanted to make sure that I was buying a machine that would pull off espresso and allow people to make lattes and mochas if they like. There are also some fun accessories like frothers that I would like if the model I had my eye on supported it.

A friend of mine recommended a Nespresso machine, and that is what I've seen in other offices so I figured that was a good place to start. I browsed through their website, and then found this number and figured I would call to see what they could offer me in terms of advice and pricing. Sometimes there are promotions that a live person can help you gain access to.

I wasn't really sure what to expect because you never know what you are going to get when you call a customer service line. I have to admit, I was taken a bit off-guard when I couldn't understand the welcome message outside of the word Nespresso. Then the agent said to continue in French press 1 and I realized the company must be based in France. The second option was in English so I took that.

From there it got substantially easier. I was able to follow the directory and chose the option to talk to someone about ordering. There was less than a one-minute wait on hold before I was connected to someone who was willing to listen to my questions. They had a bit of an accent which I would guess was French, but I understood them well enough.
