What is the baggage allowance?

Asked a year ago
The baggage allowance for ebus depends on the type of ticket you have purchased. For Economy class, each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of carry-on luggage not exceeding 8 kilograms (17.6 pounds) in weight and not larger than 55 x 35 x 25 centimeters (21.6 x 13.8 x 9.8 inches). Additionally, passengers can also bring one personal item such as a laptop bag or a handbag. For Premium class, passengers are entitled to bring two pieces of carry-on luggage with the same weight and size restrictions. Checked baggage is not included in the standard fare, but can be added for an additional fee. The maximum weight allowed for checked baggage is 23 kilograms (50 pounds) per piece. It is recommended to check the specific details of your ticket or contact customer service for further clarification.
