Our return policy at eFoodsDirect ensures hassle-free returns for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We offer a full refund or exchange for products that are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that perishable items, such as food products, cannot be returned for safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. At eFoodsDirect, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide excellent service, including our return policy.
