Our return policy for defective or damaged items is straightforward. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order, providing a clear description or images of the defect or damage. Our team will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the return, we will promptly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
