Wirefly has a hassle-free 14-day return policy for phones purchased through their website. Customers have the option to return or exchange their phones within this timeframe. To initiate a return, customers need to contact Wirefly's customer service team, who will guide them through the process and provide a return authorization number. The phone must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. If the returned phone is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply. Once the return is approved and the phone is received, Wirefly will issue a refund or exchange the phone according to the customer's preference. It is important to note that shipping fees are not refundable.
