Can I return or exchange items purchased from Wegmans?

Yes, Wegmans accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Perishable items, such as fresh produce, bakery goods, and dairy products, are excluded from the return policy, unless there is a quality issue. Additionally, alcohol and gift cards cannot be returned. For online purchases, customers can contact customer service to initiate the return process. In case of a defective or damaged item, Wegmans will either replace the product or provide a refund. Returns and exchanges can be processed at any Wegmans store location.
