If you are unhappy with your Virgin Mobile phone number and want to change it, the company has a system setup. You can change your number if you have been using it for a long time or want to change it to another available one. Do you want to change your number but don't know how to do it? Here are the steps for changing your number with Virgin Mobile.

1. Log In to My Account

If you have an account with Virgin Mobile, log in using your username and password.

  • If you don't have an account, create one by clicking Create New Account on the left-hand side of the page.
  • Or click Sign Up Now at the top right of this page.
  • To reset your password, click on Forgot Password at the bottom right of this page.

2. Select Your Account's Mobile Numbers Section

Select the number you wish to transfer from the pull-down menu and then select Transfer Number in the lower right corner of your screen.

3. Choose To Change My Number

The next step is to choose the option that says Change My Number. This will take you to a screen where you can select a new number (if desired), or proceed straight to porting your existing number instead of changing it completely.

4. Select Continue

You will get a prompt to enter your account password, and then you'll see an order summary on the screen, along with a new area code and mobile number. If you are happy with the selection, select Submit Order.

5. Read the Terms and Conditions

Ensure you have read the terms and conditions before proceeding to step 7 to accept them. If you do not accept these terms, you won't be able to change your number.

6. Select Submit Order

You'll now see an order summary on the screen with a new area code and mobile number. If you're happy with the selection, select Submit Order.

7. Review Your Order Confirmation

Once your number change is complete, you'll receive an email notifying you of the update. The email will include a link to the order confirmation and instructions on activating your new number. Once that's done, it's time to start enjoying your new phone number. You can also check out what's next in your My Account section, where you'll find information about your orders, including any number changes.
