Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order on ThredUp, but there are certain conditions to be met. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, ThredUp cannot guarantee any changes to your order. To cancel or modify, you can go to the 'Order History' section on your account and select the specific order you want to change. If the 'Cancel' or 'Modify' button is still available, you can proceed with the desired changes. However, if the 'Cancel' or 'Modify' button is no longer available, it means that the order cannot be changed, and you will have to contact ThredUp's customer service for further assistance.
