Our cancellation and refund policy at Teleflora aims to provide the utmost convenience and satisfaction to our customers. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. However, please note that cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed for delivery or has not been prepared by one of our local florists. In cases where cancellation is possible, a full refund will be issued. If an order has already been processed or prepared, we regret that we cannot cancel it, as it is under transit or in the hands of a local florist. We strive to deliver the highest quality products and services, and in the event of any concerns or issues with an order, please contact our customer service department to discuss potential resolutions.
