Contact T-Mobile to investigate and confirm that the charges occurred after the loss. You may also be eligible for a replacement device, especially if you have device protection. Customers with Protection 360® can get a phone replacement for lost or stolen devices, as well as for accidental damage. It’s best to review your plan’s terms to understand all the benefits and limitations. Once your claim is approved, the insurance provider will collect a deductible and cover the remaining cost. You may also need to pay a $5 processing fee.

You can file claims for up to five devices due to theft or loss within a rolling 12-month period. In addition, you get unlimited screen protector replacements and $0 screen repairs.

To help ensure a successful claim, provide accurate information to Assurant. If possible, include supporting documentation such as photos or screenshots. If Assurant contacts you regarding your claim, be sure to respond promptly.
