What is the cancellation policy on StyleSeat?

The cancellation policy on StyleSeat allows clients to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% fee of the service price will be charged. In case of a no-show or cancellation within 4 hours of the appointment, the entire service fee will be charged. StyleSeat encourages clients to contact their service provider directly to make any modifications to their appointments. The cancellation policy aims to respect the time and effort put in by the service providers while ensuring that clients have flexibility in managing their bookings.
