Our return policy at Stop-painting.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free return process and accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect. Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it and process the refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a product defect. We strive to provide excellent customer service and aim to resolve any concerns or issues with our products promptly.
