Where To Pay Your Spectrum Bill

Spectrum offers customers seven ways to pay their monthly bills: through the website, using the mobile app, by telephone, through the mail, in person, using the customer's bank and through a third-party agent.

Website

Using the Spectrum website to pay your monthly bill is one of the quickest, most convenient methods. Follow these steps:

  1. From the Spectrum website, log into the primary or admin account.
  2. Click on "Billing" to get to "Make a Payment" or "Pay My Bill."
  3. Enter payment details. You can use a credit or debit card or a savings or checking account to pay.
  4. Set the amount and date of payment, and click "Submit."
  5. From the website, you can also enroll in automatic payments so you don't have to worry about your bill each month.

Mobile App

Another quick, convenient method of paying your bill is through the Spectrum app. To use the app for payments, do the following:

  1. Open the Spectrum app on your device and log into your account.
  2. Tap on "Billing" and select "Make a Payment."
  3. Enter payment details like you would on the website and click "Make a Payment" to submit.
  4. As with the website, you can enroll in automatic payments over the app.

Telephone

Spectrum customers can call here to make payments. You can use the automated system on the phone to submit a payment or speak with a customer service representative.

Mail

If you are still receiving statements in the mail, you can return your payment in the envelope provided by Spectrum. When mailing in your payment, do not send cash. Send payments in the form of a check or money order with the Spectrum account number listed in the memo section.

Spectrum Store

If you live or work near a Spectrum store, you can make your payments in person. Take a copy of your statement with you to the store to make the process quick and easy. At the Spectrum store, you can pay with cash, credit, debit, check or money order.

Your Bank

Some banks will allow you to add Spectrum as a payee to your account. This will allow Spectrum to automatically withdraw payments on a set schedule from the account you designate. Additionally, your bank may have a program where you can enroll in automatic payments for certain utilities through your account.

Third-Party Agents

The final option is using a third-party agent, such as Walmart or Western Union, to pay your Spectrum bill. The third-party agent may charge convenience fees or other costs to process your payments.

With multiple places to pay your monthly balance, you shouldn't encounter any difficulties in submitting your payments. For more information or assistance, contact Spectrum customer support here.
