What is the cancellation policy of Southtourism?

The cancellation policy of Southtourism is designed to provide flexibility to our customers. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be given. However, please note that certain tours, such as special events or group bookings, may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and aim to make the cancellation process as fair and convenient as possible.
