What is Sobeys' return policy?

Sobeys' return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply bring the item(s) back to any Sobeys store along with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Sobeys accepts returns on all unopened and undamaged products for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Perishable items must be returned within 48 hours. If you have misplaced your receipt, our friendly staff can look up your purchase using your Sobeys loyalty card. Personal hygiene products and certain goods (as specified) are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations. Sobeys believes in providing exceptional customer service and aims to accommodate all reasonable return requests promptly.
