What is the warranty on Skullcandy products?

Skullcandy offers a limited manufacturer's warranty on all of their products. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the type of product. For headphones and earbuds, Skullcandy provides a 2-year warranty, while for speakers and other audio accessories, the warranty period is 1 year. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions. However, it does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. In case of a warranty claim, Skullcandy will either repair or replace the defective product, at their discretion. To avail the warranty, customers need to provide proof of purchase and contact Skullcandy's customer service. It is important to note that the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
