What happens if I need to cancel my Shoprunner membership?

If you find yourself needing to cancel your Shoprunner membership, the process is quick and straightforward. Simply log in to your Shoprunner account and navigate to the "Account Settings" page. From there, click on the "Membership" tab and select the option to cancel your membership. Please note that cancellation requests must be made at least one day prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your Shoprunner benefits will remain active until the end of your current membership term. Any unused membership fees will not be refunded. However, if you encounter any issues during the cancellation process or have further questions, our customer support team is available to assist you.
