What happens if I return a product I received savings for?

Asked a year ago
If you return a product for which you have received savings, the savings may be reversed in your SavingStar account. The process for this varies depending on the retailer. Some retailers provide us with notification of returns and automatically reverse any associated savings. In such cases, the savings will be deducted from your account after the return is processed. For other retailers, you may need to manually report the return to SavingStar. You can do this by accessing the "My Shopping" section on the SavingStar website or mobile app, and selecting the returned item from your list. Once you report the return, the savings will be reversed accordingly. Remember to review the terms and conditions specific to each retailer for accurate information regarding returns and associated savings.
