What is my account number and where can I find it?

Your SaskTel account number can be found on your SaskTel invoices, confirmation emails, or by calling our customer service hotline. It is a unique identifier that helps us locate and manage your account. For postpaid customers, the account number is located on the top right corner of your invoice, identified as "Account No." You can also find it on the top right corner of your confirmation email when you first signed up. Prepaid customers can locate their account number on the "My Account" section of our website after logging in. Alternatively, you can contact our dedicated customer service team at the provided hotline to retrieve your account number or resolve any further queries.
