What is SMEG's return policy?

SMEG prides itself on providing a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and, if approved, process a refund within 10 business days. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly.
