Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, Rent a Man has a cancellation policy in place to provide fairness and transparency to both parties. If a customer needs to cancel their appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice in order to provide a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. However, if Rent a Man needs to cancel for any reason, such as unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of our professionals, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a convenient time or issue a full refund. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating to ensure customer satisfaction.
