What is REI's warranty policy on products?

REI offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. They stand behind the quality and performance of their merchandise and want their customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, customers are not satisfied with a product, they can return it for a replacement or refund. REI's warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. The warranty period varies depending on the product, but most items have a one-year warranty. Customers can easily return or exchange products either by mail or at any REI store. REI strives to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that their customers are happy with their outdoor gear and equipment.
