Yes, it is possible to cancel or modify your order with Puma, but it is subject to certain conditions. If you wish to cancel the order, you need to do so as soon as possible, preferably within 30 minutes of placing it. This can be done online or by contacting their customer service. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
