Our return and refund policy at ProFlowers is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if there is any issue with the quality of our products, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. Simply provide us with details and a photo of the problem, and our customer service team will gladly assist you. Please note that some perishable items may have a different return policy due to their nature.
