What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Portable-Fun ensures customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all accessories included. Please note that certain items, such as downloadable software or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee, shipping fees, or discounts. We strive to provide a hassle-free return process to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our products.
