What is PacSun's return policy?

PacSun's return policy allows customers to return their merchandise within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Receipts or proof of purchase are required for all returns. However, if customers do not have the receipt, PacSun may still accept their return, but refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Swimwear and intimate items are non-refundable unless faulty. Online purchases can be returned by mail or to any PacSun store. Additionally, PacSun does not cover return shipping costs, except for faulty items. For any further information or assistance, customers can contact PacSun's customer service team.
