Myntra has an app and a website that both offer fashion wear and accessories for men, women and children. It is definitely worth considering if you want to buy an article of clothing or piece of jewelry from an online seller.

Once you place an order with Myntra, you can track the order up to its delivery destination which may be your home or place of work. Unfortunately, the order tracking may say that the package was delivered but it clearly never arrived. A missing order is disappointing and an inconvenience since you do have to report the missing order to Myntra.

There are several reasons why your order from Myntra might be missing. Myntra handles thousands of orders and though their processes are largely automated mistakes do happen from time to time. An issue with Myntra's system can lead to your order going missing. You may have placed an order but it will no longer be reflected on their website.   1. Launch your web browser and open Myntra's website. Open the Myntra app if you prefer
  2. Fill in the necessary details and log in to your account
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the landing page and you will see the 'Contact Us' tab. Click the tab
  4. You will be led to a page which will have the customer support phone number. It is an Indian number so international call rates may apply.
  5. Dial the phone number and be patient until someone gets on the end of the line. Report your problem to the live customer support agent.

Online Help Desk

Fortunately, Myntra does have an online help desk where you can acquire assistance and report issues to the online retailer's customer support team. You should receive a reply from the help desk within 15 hours of contacting them. You can find the link to the help desk on GetHuman.
