What is the policy for children traveling on Megabus?

Asked a year ago
Children are welcome to travel on Megabus as long as they are accompanied by an adult or guardian who is at least 17 years of age. Children under the age of 2 may travel for free if they sit on the lap of an adult during the journey. For children who require their own seat, a fare must be purchased. Megabus does not provide child safety seats, so customers are advised to bring their own if needed. It is essential to ensure children are well-behaved and do not disturb other passengers during the trip. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children throughout the journey. Megabus strives to prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of all passengers, including those traveling with children.
