What is the return policy of Mateo Express?
Mateo Express offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
