Representatives of Maryland Health Connection with access to the Worker Portal can reset your password by following these steps;

1. Log into the Worker Portal

2. Click on the tab 'User Search'

3. Use the consumer's Social Security Number and name to search for them.

4. Use the magnifying glass to view user details

5. Enter the consumer's new password. You can't use any of their old passwords

6. Click on the button 'Reset Password'

7. You will see a message confirming that you successfully reset the password

If your account has already been suspended, the Maryland Health Connection call center is happy to help.

Log into your account and click on the link 'End My Current Coverage.' To end your coverage, submit your cancellation request by the last date of the month.
