How Do I Cancel My LA Fitness Membership?

If you have a membership at LA Fitness gym and find that you don't need to use your gym membership anymore, you need to learn how to cancel your membership. To do so, you need to fill out the right form and then send it to the gym. Read on to learn more.
Getting the Form
LA Fitness does not have an online option for canceling your membership. You have to send a physical copy of your cancellation request in to the company. You can, however, get a copy of the form you need online and then print it out. Just follow these instructions:
- Go to LA Fitness' home page.
- Sign into your account.
- Select the Member Tools dropdown menu in the toolbar at the top of the page.
- Click on My LA Fitness.
- Enter your account details in the fields provided.
- Click on Cancellation Form.
- Print out the form.
If you can't print out the form you can also get a physical copy of the form at your local LA Fitness gym. Just show them your membership card and request a cancellation form. You cannot turn it in to your local gym, however, you will still need to mail it in.
Canceling Your Membership

If you use certified mail, you will receive a notification when LA Fitness receives your cancellation form.
After you send in the form, wait a few days for your cancellation request to be received and processed and then contact an LA Fitness customer service representative to make sure that your membership was cancelled and that you won't be billed again.
