If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. It should also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please note that certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.
