  4. Review the article that opens and click "Contact Us" for instructions on filing your complaint for issues such as "the professional handyman is running late" or billing issues. Select the contact method that works best for you in the window that opens. 
  5. You can also click the "Dispute Form" button at the bottom of the article to file your formal complaint.
