The Hampton Bay Two-Year Warranty

Hampton Bay gives you a two-year warranty for your purchases. The warranty is meant to ensure that your product is in good condition when you purchase it. It should be free of material and workmanship defects for two years after the purchase date by the original owner.

If your product is defective when your warranty is still active, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If it is replaced, you should get a similar or superior model.

To claim your warranty, you must have a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for the costs of removing and reinstalling the product.

The warranty does not cover your item for accidental damage or damage caused by improper installation. Hampton Bay does not have any other express warranty. Your warranty does not continue to cover you after the two-year warranty period is over. The warranty supersedes all your prior warranties.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty

This Lifetime warranty on the motor is meant to ensure that your fan motor stays in good working condition for a lifetime. The warranty covers you against workmanship and material defects at the time of purchase for a lifetime.

The company also warrants that all other parts of your fan are free of material and workmanship defects. It does not cover acrylic blades and glass. All the defects are corrected without charge.

The warranty does not cover damages to the finish including; rusting, tarnishing, peeling, pitting, and tarnishing. The brass finish guarantees long use. However, that may vary depending on the weather conditions in your location.

If you take your fan for servicing to an unauthorized person, your warranty automatically becomes invalid.

Hampton Bay is not liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages that may arise in connection with the use and performance of the product. The rights may be limited depending on your state.
