Yes, you can cancel or change an order after it has been placed on Frontgate.com. However, there are certain conditions to be met. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, you must contact Frontgate's customer service via phone or email. If you want to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, you must also reach out to customer service within the same 30-minute window. They will assist you in making the necessary changes. Please note that once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
