What is Footaction's return policy?

Footaction has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Within 45 days of purchase, customers can return unworn and unused items in their original condition to any Footaction store. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt and all original tags. However, certain items, like underwear and face masks, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Online orders can also be returned in-store or through mail. For online returns, the provided prepaid return label must be used, and a restocking fee may be applicable for certain items. It is important to note that refunds are processed in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
