Our return policy at Dermstore is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. However, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items such as opened skincare products, hair brushes, and cosmetics. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide the necessary details. Once the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a few business days.
