Our cancellation policy at DefySupply is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate those changes whenever possible. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order can be done free of charge. However, if the cancellation is requested after the 24-hour window, a restocking fee may apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and preparing your order for shipment. We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible while ensuring fair treatment for both customers and our business.
