What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Crystal-co.com allows customers to return any item purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We also require a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return. For any returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the product received is defective or damaged. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, depending on the customer's preference. We strive to provide an efficient and hassle-free return process for our valued customers.
