Add EasyPay Directly from your Bill

You can add autopay directly from your Cox Communications bill using the following steps:

  1. Launch your web browser and open the Cox Communications website.
  2. Click ‘Sign In to My Account' from the website's homepage.
  3. Input your log in details (user ID and password) and log in to your account.
  4. Go to the ‘Billing' section and under ‘Automatic Payments' click ‘Change.'
  5. You should see a ‘How would you like to Pay?' section in the subsequent page. Check and see if your preferred payment method is listed.
  6. If listed, click the payment method and then click ‘Add payment method.'
  7. If not listed, you should click the plus icon next to the ‘Add Payment Method' tab.
  8. On the next page, you will be presented with the option to add a savings or checking account. You can also add a debit or credit card.
  9. Once you have input all the necessary details, click ‘Add Payment Method.'
  10. You will be redirected to the ‘Review your EasyPay enrollment' page which displays the details of your account and payment method.
  11. Review the details about the payment method and ensure they are correct.
  12. Check the box after reading to agree to the ‘EasyPay and One-Time payment' Terms and Conditions.
  13. You should be directed to a confirmation page that shows the change to EasyPay was successful.

Add Easypay when Paying your Bill

You can also add EasyPay to your account when paying for your Cox Communications bill. The process is as follows:

  1. Launch your web browser and open the Cox Communications website.
  2. Click ‘Sign In to My Account' from the website's homepage.
  3. Input your log in details (user ID and password) and log in to your account.

  1. Open the app from your phone or any other mobile device.

  6. Check the Terms of Service agreement checkbox.
