How Do I Return Something I Bought from Costco's Cyber Monday Sale?

Costco's Return Policy
Costco will accept your return of any of the following electronics items as long as it happens within 90 days of the Cyber Monday sale:
- Projectors
- Computers
- Televisions
- Touchscreen tablets
- Cameras
- Smart watches
- Drones
- Camcorders
- MP3 players
- Cell phones
Batteries might be sold with limited warranties, which take precedence over the return policy.
Custom installed programs and other custom products are not eligible for return or refund.
Making the Return at a Costco Store
If you purchased the item at a Costco store then you need to return to any Costco location. To locate you nearest Costco:
- Go to Costco's home page.
- Click on Find a Warehouse in the navigation bar at the top.
- Enter your city, state, or zip code in the field provided.
- Look for the closest Costco location in the list provided.
Just take the item to the returns counter there. A refund will be given in the original form you used to make the purchase.
Making the Return Online
- Go to Costco's home page.
- Click on the Sign In link.
- Log into your Costco account.
- Click on Orders & Returns.
- Click on the Return Items button.
- Follow the prompts.
- Print out the shipping label.
- Follow any special instructions you are given for large items or package up the item with the shipping label attached and mail it.
Items returned online will be refunded to the credit or debit card you used to make your purchase. You will not be charged for return shipping.
