How do I check my account balance?

To check your account balance with Claro, you can either log in to your online account on their website or use the Claro app on your mobile device. From there, you will be able to view your current balance and check any recent transactions. You can also dial a specific number on your phone to receive your balance via text message. Additionally, you can visit a Claro store or contact their customer service for assistance with checking your account balance.
