What is your return policy?

At Citidecor, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we aim to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to expedite the replacement process. We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is exceptional from beginning to end.
