Can I return a Chanel item if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, Chanel accepts returns for items that do not meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, you must contact Chanel's customer service for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the return package. Chanel provides a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Once the item is received, it will be inspected, and upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 14 days. However, please note that certain items, such as engraved or personalized pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned.
