Can I use ground coffee in a Capresso espresso machine?

Asked a year ago
No, it is not recommended to use ground coffee in a Capresso espresso machine. Capresso machines are designed to work best with freshly ground coffee beans. Using ground coffee may result in clogged filters, irregular brewing, and an unsatisfactory espresso experience. Ground coffee is generally not as finely ground as espresso coffee, which can affect the extraction process and lead to weak or bitter-tasting espresso. To ensure a delicious cup of espresso, it is highly recommended to use whole bean coffee and a quality burr grinder to achieve the fine grind size required for espresso brewing. This will result in a rich, flavorful, and aromatic cup of espresso every time with your Capresso machine.
