You can activate your new C Spire Wireless phone online or via telephone in a few easy steps.

Information You Will Need to Complete Activation

You will need the following information to activate your C Spire Wireless phone:

1. Your mobile phone number
2. Last four digits of the account holder's social security number
3. Mailing zip code of the account holder
4. You will also need one of the following items:
   • C Spire Order Number
   • Insurance Claim Number
   • Warranty Claim Number
5. You will also need to start with your phone off

Activating Your C Spire Phone

To activate your C Spire phone, decide if you are going to complete the process online or if you are going to do it from the device.

Activation Via Phone

If you are going to use your phone to activate, follow these steps:

1. Call C Spire customer service here from a phone other than your new device
2. Using the user guide with your phone, insert your new SIM card
3. Insert the battery if it is not already built into the phone
4. Turn the phone on
