Our return policy at Build.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that certain products such as customized or special order items may not be eligible for return. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
