What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. The merchandise must be in new condition with all original tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Footwear must be returned in its original box, free of damage and shipping stickers. We offer free returns by mail or in-store at any Boot Barn location. For returns by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Returns can be made using the prepaid return shipping label included in the original shipment or by contacting our customer service. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your return and refund.
